This page will be dedicated to share my work-out routine. I will create a template soon in which you can see the following;
- Type of exercise
- Parameters (intensity, repetition, sets, rest intervals etc.)
- Athletic focus (stamina, flexibility, strength etc.)
This will make it easier for you to maybe copy it, try it out or remix it for your own personal needs and goals. The training routine I follow consist out of yoga, strength, body building, gymnastics and more to come. I love to combine, remix and play with movement, so the idea is that the work-out templates will be dynamic of nature.
