Let’s say you have a trillion thoughts per lifetime. Is it not the goal to purify them all?
A big reason why I run this website is to share my own path of self-mastery, and hopefully helping others along the way. I can tell out of personal experience that this path has an incredible return on investment if you show courage, patience and response-ability. I often use the metaphor of training your body by training your mind, because the two are inseparable. By training the body, we train the mind and vice versa. It all boils down to expanding your power. Having the power to choose, to create and to desire whatever you want is having the power over your thoughts. Thoughts are like magnets, and we attract everything on which we focus our mind upon. It is, therefore, key to see one on side the magnificence of this and on the other the level of responsibility we need to have. At a certain point “all becomes choice”, because things don’t happen just by happen stance. We choose them on a conscious or subconscious level, and whatever we think of might become a reality if it becomes a consistent thinking pattern.
So let’s say you have a trillion thoughts per life. Is it then not the goal to purify them all, so that you can fulfil your dreams, be happy and experience grace?
There is really no-thing or person to point your finger at, no blame-games here, just you who is making choices. Even if things are beyond your level of choice, there is still an internal choice to make how to react on your life. When you read biographies about the detention, destruction and concentrating camps where every sense of personal freedom has been robbed, there are people that felt moments of bliss, happiness and peace.
It is this absolute strength of human beings and their flexibility to show great resilience in even the greatest moments of adversity.
One who is standing in essence, showing mastery over thought, emotion and body, is more powerful then a million who are not.
The fruits of this labour, are, therefore, not easily reaped. It takes a great of self-discipline, patience, and lifetimes of practice.
So hopefully this website can be used as on of these tools to assist others in that same pursuit of achieving adept hood.
All the best,
