Building a body of economics
I think we can all agree that at one point we need to move our feet in order to achieve our dreams. Having a dream is one thing, making short and long term goals another, actually moving towards them is something else! Within trying lays accomplishment, and this is an art of life we can practice daily.
There is a lot to take into account when it comes to achieving a vision for your life. Especially your ability to make conscious choices in your daily actions. Daily actions create habits and habits create results. The results spring from the things you do on a daily basis, not on a sporadic basis. Consciously or unconsciously are your habits paramount in how your current life situation is orchestrated.
The question then arises how we can fuel our habits or create more of them if needed. The answer of these matters always boil down to energy or vitality. Your level of vitality is the biggest factor in how strong you can make your habits and, therefore, your results. Your health is then your wealth and not vice versa. Your quality of being healthy makes all the difference when it comes down to levels of productivity and creativity.
Action stems from the body, and every action requires energy of the body. The more capability of action, the bigger your personal power will be in this regard.
So by building ‘a body of economics’ we greatly increase our potential of being industriousness or productive.
So let me share with you a few bullet points in which you have to invest money, time and energy in order to create more money, time and energy;
- Food (figure out your metabolic typing and create the diet for your own personal needs) We all have biochemical individuality, meaning that no one size fits all.
- Exercise (find a well-rounded and functional movement pattern you enjoy to do) (examples; swimming, tennis, gymnastics, strength training, yoga, tai chi)
- Environment (our health is partly the result of the environment we choose to live in, so choose wisely)
There are many more factors we can use in order to increase our vitality and sense of well-being.
