How to build your own ‘new age’ log system
In today’s age where exercise has become a choice, we need new, innovative ways to keep ourselves fit and healthy in a rapid pace society. Our industry and machine driven society has taken over most of the hard labour. Despite this blessing, can too much comfort become uncomfortable, paradoxically enough. Centralised gyms are oftentimes more focussed upon what is desired, then what is really necessary. Exercise in and of itself can actually be very simple, easy and functional if you know how to do it. With this log system I challenge you to build your own and see for yourself how easy it is to build muscle, loose fat and stay fit and healthy.
There are three different grip positions to create a well-rounded exercise program;
In the pictures you only see one grip, but you only have to repeat the same trick for the other grips.
